Introduction:
School of Mechanics and Aerospace Engineering, Dalian University of Technology was established in October 2023 . The college has three national platforms, two platforms of the Ministry of Education and five provincial platforms. National platforms: National Key Laboratory of Structural Analysis and Optimization of Industrial Equipment and CAE Software, International Joint Research Center for Structural Optimization Theory and Application, State-Local Joint Engineering Research Center for Advanced Equipment Design and CAE Software Development. Ministry of Education Platform: Major Civil and Water Conservancy Engineering Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Discipline Innovation Intellectual Base (jointly with the Department of Construction Engineering of the university), Rubber and Plastic Products Molding Numerical Simulation and Optimization Discipline Innovation Intellectual Base. Provincial Platforms: Liaoning Advanced Manufacturing Design and CAE Software Engineering Research Center, Liaoning Key Laboratory of Frontier Technology for Air and Space Vehicles, Liaoning Advanced Design Research Platform for Major Equipment, Liaoning Key Laboratory of Mathematical Twinning for Industrial Equipment, Liaoning Collaborative Innovation Center for Engineering Scientific Computing and CAE Software Development.
