Prof. Hui Li

Biography:

Hui Li, born in November 1982 in Inner Mongolia, is a professor and doctoral supervisor at Northeastern University’s School of Mechanical Engineering and Automation. A Communist Party member with a Ph.D. in engineering and postdoctoral training, he is deputy director of the Ministry of Education Key Laboratory of Vibration and Control for Aero-engine Equipment and a core member of Academician Wen Bangchun’s research group. His research focuses on nonlinear vibration and control of advanced materials, high-temperature vibration resistance of composite structures, smart composite materials, and impact dynamics in aerospace. Li has published over 140 papers, including 100+ SCI-indexed with an H-index of 30, and authored key monographs and textbooks. He holds over 60 Chinese patents and several international patents, with notable technology transfers generating over 40 million RMB in profits. His work has received multiple awards, including Liaoning Provincial Prizes in Technological Invention and Natural Science, and scientific accolades from the Chinese Society of Vibration Engineering.
